1. Booking & Reservations

All hotel bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a written booking confirmation or voucher. Room Reservations provides independent hotel booking assistance and is not the official website of any hotel unless expressly stated.

2. Payments

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation. The payable amount, applicable taxes, fees and payment instructions will be communicated before payment. Please verify the booking details and payment recipient before completing a transaction.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions depend on the selected hotel, room category, rate plan and supplier terms. Any applicable deductions, deadlines and refund eligibility will be governed by the policy communicated for the confirmed reservation.

4. Hotel Policies

Each hotel sets its own check-in and check-out times, identification requirements, occupancy limits, child policies, meal inclusions and property rules. Guests must comply with the applicable hotel's terms and conditions. Special requests are subject to confirmation and availability.

5. User Responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate names, contact details, travel dates, occupancy and other information required for booking. Please review all details on the quotation and confirmation and notify us promptly of any discrepancies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Room Reservations acts as an independent booking assistance service. Hotel operations, facilities and on-property services are provided by the relevant hotel or supplier. Any liability arising from our own services remains subject to applicable law and cannot be excluded where the law prohibits exclusion.

7. Privacy Policy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains the information we collect, how we use it and how you can contact us regarding your information.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Revised terms will be published on this page. Conditions already agreed for a confirmed booking remain subject to the applicable booking confirmation and legal requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Delhi.
